Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute TikTok and TikTok Shop activation plans to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Develop TikTok content strategy, build trend-adaptive content calendars, and optimize product placements.
• Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Marketing teams for cohesive strategies.
• Leverage user-generated content and influencers to strengthen brand community.
• Optimize the TikTok Shop customer journey for better conversion and basket metrics.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in social and e-commerce (4+ years).
• At least 2 years in middle management.
• Experience with TikTok Shop (2+ years).
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Creative with short-form video and image content creation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends, especially in social commerce and wellbeing sectors.
