Position: Social Care Worker

Salary: £11.90 per hour

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Sleaford, UK

About the Role

We are actively recruiting dedicated carers to join our team in the Walsall, Dudley, and Sandwell areas. A fantastic opportunity awaits—with great benefits and comprehensive training provided.

Main Duties

1. Provide support to adults through community-based adult services in the borough of Walsall.
2. Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing, preparing meals, mobility assistance, and escorting duties.
3. Support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health issues.
4. Be flexible to work on a rota basis over a 7-day period including weekends and/or evenings.

Qualifications

1. A caring nature and a commitment to providing a high standard of care and support.
2. A minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare background is required.
3. Drivers with use of their own vehicle are required.
4. Experience or qualification of working with autism, learning disabilities, and dementia is preferred.

NOTE: If you are outside the UK, you will be required to provide evidence of 2 years driving experience, be a minimum of 27 years old (insurance criteria for driving in the UK), and acquire a vehicle within 3 weeks of arrival in the UK.
