Job Purpose

At Arach, we believe that every child deserves the chance to flourish regardless of their background and the circumstances that have brought them to live with us. The children we support are presently not able to live with their own families, and many have suffered from trauma and loss in their young lives.

Our residential house offers crisis and emergency care to up to 4 young people. As our children are with us short-term, the care team is required to build relationships quickly, support, and nurture the young people in a loving and compassionate way, ensuring they feel safe, cared for, and loved. Our experienced team works hard to create a comfortable home where young people can grow and flourish.

The team at Arach are passionate about improving young people's lives, with empathy and experience in trauma-informed care. They advocate for all our young people, are creative, proactive, and willing to bring new ideas to support their journey.

Why Arach?
