Job Purpose: At Arach, we believe that every child deserves the chance to flourish regardless of their background and the circumstances that have brought them to live with us. The children we support are presently not able to live with their own families, and many have suffered from trauma and loss in their young lives.

Our residential house offers crisis and emergency care to up to 4 young people. As our children are with us short-term, the care team is required to build relationships quickly, support, and nurture the young people in a loving and compassionate way, ensuring they feel safe, cared for, and loved. Our experienced team of staff work hard to create a comfortable home environment where young people can grow and flourish.

The team at Arach has a passion for improving young people's lives, with empathy and experience in trauma-informed care. The ability to advocate for all our young people, along with creativity, proactivity, and willingness to introduce new ideas, is essential to support their journey.
