Key duties

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding assistance
  • Medication administration
  • Supporting residents' daily activities, hobbies, and outings
  • Following care plans and company policies
  • Building honest and respectful relationships with residents
  • Keeping daily records
  • Attending required training
