Job Description:

1. We are looking for a motivated caring person to join our team.
2. Provide day centre support to vulnerable people, including those with moderate to severe dementia, in the day centre or community under the supervision of senior staff.
3. Support service users collaboratively with day centre workers and management by following and contributing to care plans.
4. Work in a person-centred way to promote quality of life and independence.
5. Work flexibly within the day centre and community settings to maintain routines.
6. Provide personal care and support to service users.
7. Escort clients on minibus to and from home to the centre.
8. Working hours are 9-5 pm, Monday to Friday, with plans to expand to 7 days a week until late evening.
9. SVQ 3 qualification is desirable; training will be provided.
