Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients’ development, independence, and individuality
  • Create a homelike environment, focusing on social education and personal growth
  • Assist with meal planning, daily activities, and health management
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and visitors
  • Promote social and recreational activities within the community
  • Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of each individual
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Social Care
  • CORU registration (desirable)
  • Experience with children, disabilities, and challenging behavior
  • Full driving license and access to transport for local travel
