A local council in Wales is seeking dedicated individuals to provide personal care and support for residents in a registered care home. The role offers flexible hours (30 or 20 hours) and a competitive salary ranging from £26,403 to £28,598 per annum, pro rata. Salary: £26,403 - £28,598 per annum pro rata (81.08% = £21,407 - £23,187 for 30 hours; 54.05% = £14,270 - £15,457 for 20 hours)
To provide personal care, emotional, and practical support to people with identified care and support needs within a Registered Care Home setting.
This includes older people, individuals with dementia, and/or adults with learning or physical disabilities. The environment supports a homely atmosphere that promotes and maintains the rights, dignity, diversity, independence, and wellbeing of individuals.
