Support Worker - Residential Care

The MacKintosh Centre supports the residential care of up to 8 residents. We are inviting applications from individuals committed to providing person-centred care that promotes quality of life and maximises independence for all service users.

Responsibilities include acting as a key worker for residents, developing and reviewing care plans, administering medication, and supporting the reablement of service users, including both short-term and long-term residents.

You will organise and support social activities and outings to enhance residents' quality of life, and may act as shift lead, taking charge of the care home as necessary.

Applicants must be committed to obtaining SVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, which is essential.
