Location
Linden Farm is a supported living service for young adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities, located in Alfold near Cranleigh. It features five individual apartments and communal areas, with activities like horse riding, swimming, and bowling. The team includes Social Care Workers, Activities Coordinators, and drivers, working closely with families to provide comprehensive support.
