A leading social care provider in Scotland seeks a part-time social care worker to support residents and deliver personalized care. The role involves participating in the preparation of care plans and working collaboratively with families and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for individuals in care. Applicants should have S.V.Q. Level 3 in Social Care, or a commitment to obtain it, alongside an understanding of the specific needs of older people.
Salary: £29,844 - £31,609 per year pro rata

This position requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from the date of commencement of this post to become registered with the SSSC. SSSC stipulate you must submit your application within three months of your start date. If you are already registered with SSSC you will be required to add West Lothian Council to your account
