Job description

Please note this is not a Swansea city council job. You will be working with a private client who received direct payments.

A little about myself:
I am a teenage boy living in Swansea with my mum and twin sister. I am autistic, I have sensory processing disorder, OCD and challenging behaviour. I am looking for a carer to help me and my family. I enjoy the trampoline park and swimming.

Hours of work
6 hours a week during school term and 10 hours per week during school holidays.

The hours are currently under review with plans to increase
Usual hours are Monday and Tuesday 4-7pm in school term time and to be discussed for school holidays.

You will be working with my other PA.

Concerning the position
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
