The London Borough of Bexley seeks a Social Care Assistant for a fixed-term role focused on providing personalized care to adults. We are looking for a Social Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with varying needs, including older people, individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.
The social care assistant will support individuals to maintain independence, enhance their quality of life, and promote well-being in accordance with care plans and statutory guidance.
The post is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
