Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning creative agency to appoint a Social Media Business Director. This senior leadership role shapes social strategy across a portfolio of major clients, driving growth, managing senior stakeholders and building a high-performing team.

You will lead the agency's social vision, oversee multi-channel campaigns, forecast and drive profitability, while mentoring the social team and championing emerging platforms and technologies.

We're partnering with an award-winning creative agency that's looking for a Social Media Business Director to lead and evolve its social offering.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and deep social expertise. You'll be responsible for shaping social strategy across a portfolio of major clients, driving business growth, leading senior stakeholder relationships and developing a high-performing team.

• Confident managing senior stakeholders and C-suite client relationships.
• Experienced in building, mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
• Passionate about social innovation, cultural trends and emerging technology.
