Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Assistant to join the Boden team. This role will help drive brand awareness on multiple social media platforms, while continuing to engage our existing audience with best-in-class social content for our customers around the world.
Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office What You Will Do
- Support the Social Team in creating, planning and delivering social media plans across all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Responsible for daily posting on all social media channels.
- Responsible for reporting across all social media channels turning insights into action by utilising data learnings to drive relevancy and efficiency.
- Identify new opportunities to test, learn and maximise performance.
- Support with content creation shoots including research and planning.
- Participate in content idea generation sessions.
- Engage, moderate and grow the Boden community across all social media platforms.
- Monitor platform developments, as well as keeping up to date with industry research, audiences and innovation.
- Conduct regular competitor research to ensure Boden's social media strategy remains ahead of the competitive set. What We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a Brand Team and collaborating with Social.
- A high degree of numeracy and literacy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to monitor social accounts/post outside of regular business hours (evenings/weekends).
- Social native, up to date with current trends.
- A creative and innovative approach to social media.
- Strong communication skills.
