About the Role…

As a Social and Influencer Manager, you’ll work directly under the Social Media Lead, owning the agency’s influencer projects and campaigns. While you’ll have support for daily activations and content creation, you’ll lead the charge on 3–5 key accounts, managing end-to-end social and influencer strategy. From taking briefs and brainstorming creative influencer concepts to identifying talent; from rising stars to unconventional voices, you'll be hands-on across the full lifecycle of a campaign. Responsibilities include overseeing outreach, gifting logistics, organic seeding, and content approvals, as well as coordinating events, tracking campaign performance, and delivering high-standard client reports and presentations. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, influencers, and platforms, while contributing to a collaborative, career-focused culture that values growth, for both individuals and the agency.
