About the role:

We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative and hands-on Social and Content Manager to drive the next phase of our content evolution. This role goes beyond social media, while you’ll own our presence across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, you’ll also help shape our broader content strategy. From curating our weekly newsletter, to launching our debut podcast series, you’ll be at the forefront of building an ambitious, multi-format content ecosystem. You’ll also play a supporting role in product, collaborating with our Online Learning Director to bring our courses to life across video, platform and marketing touchpoints. This is an opportunity for a creative all-rounder with a passion for storytelling, AI, education and brand-building to shape the voice and vision of a fast-growing creative education company.

Here’s what you’ll do day to day:
  • Own and evolve our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on growth and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and publish compelling short-form content from our courses, events, podcast, and newsletter.
  • Manage day-to-day social publishing, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor platform trends and test new formats (e.g. Reels, Shorts, TikTok trends) to optimize performance.
  • Build meaningful audience relationships and turn followers into loyal fans.
  • Reimagine and write our weekly newsletter using AI tools and archived content, maintaining consistent tone and alignment with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to deliver newsletter content that supports launches and drives engagement.
  • Support the production of our podcast series—handling planning, guest coordination, and post-production workflows.
  • Develop creative promotion strategies for the podcast across all platforms.
  • Assist in developing new online courses and repurposing course content for marketing across web, social, and email.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including content trends and platform algorithms.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing short-form content from long-form assets like courses, podcasts, and events.
  • Experience building and engaging online communities with a conversational, authentic tone.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging newsletters and social copy.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation or optimization is a plus.
  • Experience supporting podcast production, including scheduling, guest coordination, and promotion.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creatives, founders, and producers to align content with brand and business goals.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
  • A passion for creativity, storytelling, and helping turn ideas into shareable, impactful content.
