Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing independent social agency that's known for bold, culture-driven work and a roster of standout global clients. As the team continues to grow, they're looking an Account Manager to support a leading global tech brand.

In this role, you'll be embedded in a vibrant, social-first agency and play a key part in delivering creative, high-impact campaigns with the full support of top-tier strategy, creative, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Help shape and execute social-first creative campaigns
  • Support the development of pitches and lead clear, effective internal briefings
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth delivery
  • Collaborate closely with in-house creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Track performance and reporting, always striving to elevate the work

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a creative agency environment, working with tech-focused brands, ideally with familiarity in software development or coding cultures.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a strong track record of managing timelines, budgets, briefs, and documentation.
  • Confident communicator, skilled in both written and verbal client interactions, including reporting and presentations.
  • Strong relationship builder, known for earning client trust and energising internal teams.
  • Solutions-focused mindset, combining creative problem-solving with a practical, delivery-driven approach.

Salary

  • 3-6 month fixed-term or freelance contract
  • Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Supportive, social-first team with strong creative capabilities
