Social Account Manager (Tech Client)

Full time with hybrid work 3 days a week in Central London offices

3-6month contract & open to salary depending on experience

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing independent social media agency known for its bold, culture-led campaigns and high-profile clients. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a freelance or fixed-term Account Manager to join the team and support a global tech brand.

You'll be plugged into the heart of a vibrant, social-first agency and play a key role in delivering creative campaigns that cut through - with the backing of a brilliant strategy, creative, and production team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident client services professional with experience managing social-led campaigns for tech clients. You'll work closely with a Senior Account Director to run a key account, from day-to-day delivery to strategic planning and campaign activation.

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client
  • Help shape and deliver social-first creative work
  • Support campaign pitching and internal briefing
  • Keep timelines and budgets on track
  • Work with in-house creatives, strategists, and production teams
  • Monitor and report on performance, always pushing for best-in-class output

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing social campaigns at a creative or social agency
  • A strong understanding of tech brands and developer audiences
  • Confident with client presentations, reporting and comms
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Passionate about social culture and channel trends
  • A calm and collaborative approach in fast-paced environments
  • Available for immediate start
