Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Security Operations Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day SOC operations and deliver managed security services to clients. You will lead a team of security analysts and engineers, coordinate incident response, and continuously improve operational performance within established frameworks and playbooks.

You will monitor KPIs, escalate and resolve security incidents, and drive improvements in detection, response, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a SOC or security operations role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC operations and service delivery to clients.
• Lead and mentor SOC analysts and engineers, and manage 24/7 coverage as needed.
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Improve MTTD/MTTR and contribute to operational playbooks and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and produce client-facing reports.
