Zusammenfassung

PA Consulting is seeking a client-facing Security Operations Consultant to lead SOC analysts and incident response specialists. You will manage live incidents and day-to-day SOC operations while helping clients modernise security operations, improve SIEM, SOAR and EDR capabilities, and build cyber resilience.

You will work with cross-functional teams, engage with clients on-site or at client sites, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused security community with mentoring and knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Experience running or supervising a SOC, CSOC, or Incident Response team.
• Practical experience managing live cyber incidents (e.g. ransomware, account takeovers).
• Direct experience with SIEM/SOAR tools and EDR/XDR platforms.
• Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, NCSC Caf v4.0 and ISO 27001.
• Ability to write concise incident reports and communicate with engineers and business leaders.

• Lead and develop SOC analysts and incident response specialists with clear direction.
• Lead hands-on during cyber security incidents, coordinating containment, eradication and recovery.
• Assess and improve Security Operations capabilities for enterprise and public sector clients.
• Advise on evolution and optimisation of SIEM, SOAR, EDR and threat-detection tooling.
• Develop and maintain incident playbooks, SOPs, automated workflows and tabletop exercises.
• Share expertise across the Digital Trust & Cyber Security community through coaching and mentoring.
