What Youll Be Doing

As a Service Lead, youll be focusing on the team that delivers our SOC and Engineering services. Youll be responsible for ensuring service excellence, developing your people, and driving continuous improvement across SLAs and KPIs. Youll also champion a client-centric approach, making sure our service always delivers value and impact.

Your Day-to-Day

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring the team to support their professional growth and development.
• Driving the delivery of excellent client-intimate service, aligned with wider business strategy.
• Promoting collaboration across teams, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Handling challenging conversations constructively and with transparency.
• Working closely with the Head of Security Operations to deliver strategic goals and advance service maturity.
• Maintaining oversight of service health, monitoring performance, and driving improvements.
• Managing onboarding processes to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Exploring emerging technologies and maximising the use of existing platforms to improve efficiency and outcomes.
