A health and social care organization is seeking a manager to provide care and coordinate services for a unique client. The role requires at least 2 years of management experience and strong communication skills. A genuine occupational requirement specifies female applicants only. This is a permanent position offering a flexible and remote working schedule in the Hillyfields area.
Driver Essential? Yes, with own car to travel to the client's home, meetings, and appointments. Mileage paid.

About this client: Ivy is 19 years old and is returning home after a fabulous couple of years at a residential college. Although Ivy is returning to her family home, the set-up is very different, and she now has her own self-contained apartment. Her family home has been thoughtfully separated to provide her with her own private space. Ivy will have her own separate entrance, which will allow her greater independence while remaining close to her family.
Ivy has hemiplegic cerebral palsy (left side), a learning disability, is neurodivergent / autistic, sensory processing difficulties and drug-resistant epilepsy. Ivy is mobile and communicates verbally, however, she can experience extreme fatigue, and requires support with her mobility, motor control and self-regulation. She is full of life, has a great sense of humour and loves to engage with others, and participate in activities!
