The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive, and promise to challenge traditional approaches, and change the way the industry operates.

You will own goals, up to VP-level, and be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap to ensure timely delivery of goals. You will find opportunities to scale initiatives WW by working with local program managers in other Flex countries to ensure maximum impact to the organization.

    - Responsible for ownership of key business metrics including quality, driver experience, and cost.
    - Responsible for creating new projects and mechanisms to launch across the UK network.
    - Responsible for driving alignment across stakeholder teams to work towards metric improvements through joint projects and goals.

    - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
    - Experience working in a matrixed organization
    - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- MBA
