Overview

Are you an IT Procurement Manager with experience in delivering complex IT sourcing projects across Digital, Data, Cloud, and Software? This is an exciting opportunity with a PE-backed client investing heavily in technology solutions to enhance customer experience and drive future revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop key stakeholder relationships with the IT leadership team, including CIO and CDO, positioning Procurement as a value-added business partner.
• Drive commercial value across a broad range of critical IT & Technology Procurement projects, supporting digital investment initiatives, new product development, and proof of concept projects embracing AI.

Requirements

• Commercially astute, financially literate, and legally competent to negotiate contracts within the IT Procurement portfolio.
• Strong influencing skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with senior management.
• Results-driven with a proven track record, adaptable in challenging situations.

Experience

• IT Procurement & Category Management experience, ideally supporting new product development initiatives.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, principles, legal and financial models.
• Ability to influence and drive change in an agile environment.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and focused on delivery.
• Gravitas to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Degree and MCIPS qualification preferred.
