Role: Senior Procurement Manager

Salary: Up to £95K + Excellent Benefits

Location: Watford (3 days p/w on site)

Are you a Senior Procurement Manager with experience in developing category strategies and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across Marketing & Professional Services categories?

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of a Procurement function less than 2 years old within an organization renowned for its focus on Sustainability and CSR, in a fast-moving, technology-led market sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations teams, enhancing the procurement 'value proposition'.
• Drive commercial value across various critical categories supporting growth plans.
• Embrace ambiguity, fostering collaboration and evolving sustainable procurement strategies to address complex challenges.
• Ensure procurement compliance, manage risks, negotiate regional agreements, and embed sustainability into supply chains.
• Build vendor relationships to maximize value and deliver a best-in-class supply chain.
• Lead negotiations on scope, commercials, and contracts, working with legal, finance, and other departments.

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in Marketing, HR, and Professional Services Procurement & Category Management.
• Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of sustainable procurement practices.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and focused on delivery.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills at all levels.
• Enthusiastic about sharing expertise within your discipline.
• Degree and MCIPS qualification preferred.
