Role: Senior Procurement Manager

Salary: Up to £95K + Excellent Benefits

Location: Watford (3 days p/w on site)

Are you a Senior Procurement Manager with experience in developing category strategies and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across FM, Fit-Out, and Property categories?

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of a procurement function less than 2 years old within an organization renowned for its focus on Sustainability and CSR, in a fast-moving, technology-led market sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop key stakeholder relationships within FM, Property, and Business Operations to enhance procurement's value proposition.
• Drive commercial value across critical categories supporting the organization’s growth plans.
• Embrace ambiguity and foster collaboration to develop sustainable procurement strategies addressing complex business challenges.
• Manage procurement compliance, commercial risks, and negotiate regional agreements, integrating sustainability into the supply chain.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize value and ensure a best-in-class supply chain.
• Lead negotiations on scope, commercials, and contracts, collaborating with legal, finance, and other departments.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in FM, Fit-Out, and Property Procurement & Category Management.
• Experience in the Retail sector or working with FM services providers into Grocery Retail is advantageous.
• Ability to influence and implement change in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and embedding them into sourcing processes.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, with a focus on delivery.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills at all levels.
• Willingness to share expertise within your discipline.
• Degree and MCIPS qualification preferred.
