Oliver James is representing a leading Life Insurance business seeking an experienced Pricing Actuary for a day rate contract.

Requirements:

• You must reside in the UK and have the Right to Work (visa sponsorship not available).
• Qualified or experienced Actuary with significant experience in a Pricing role within a direct insurer, specifically in Protection.

Details:

• Start: June/July
• Duration: 3-6 months initial contract
• Office attendance: Ideally 2 days/week, flexible/negotiable

You will support the implementation of Pricing initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and interacting with student actuaries. People management experience is beneficial.

The specific responsibilities will depend on experience, ranging from 3+ years PQE to deputy Head of level.

• Qualified Life Actuary with 3+ years experience; more experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of the UK Protection market, ideally in individual protection products.
