Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Adult Safeguarding Triage Team on a 6-month contract. The role is predominantly home based with occasional office meetings and training.

You will supervise triage staff, manage the inbox and workflow, screen and prioritise referrals, and provide oversight and sign-off on decisions. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Competenze

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Extensive experience in Adult Safeguarding
• Experience working in a Safeguarding Triage/Duty/Front Door team
• Experience supervising staff and providing practice oversight
• Experience using Mosaic or a similar case management system
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to attend office-based duties and visits when required

Senior Practitioner - Adult Safeguarding Triage Team

6-Month Contract | Hybrid Working

£32.67 per hour Umbrella

55p per mile business mileage

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our well-established, supportive and friendly Adult Safeguarding Triage Team on a 6-month contract.

The role is predominately home based, but there is an expectation that staff will come to the office for meetings/training and visits as required.

Key duties:

• Supervision and support of triage staff
• Management of the triage inbox and workflow
• Screening, assessing and prioritising safeguarding referrals
• Providing management oversight and decision sign-off
• Holding a small number of allocated cases
• Supporting timely and effective safeguarding responses
• Attending multi agency meetings

Essential requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Extensive experience in Adult Safeguarding
• Previous experience working in a Safeguarding Triage, Duty or Front Door Team
• Experience supervising staff and providing practice oversight
• Experience using Mosaic or a similar case management system
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to attend office-based duties and visits when required
