Snr IB Supply Chain Analyst, CEU Daily Supply Chain Execution

The IB Planning & Execution analyst oversees EU-wide Planning and Execution of the Inbound and Outbound operations of the complementary nodes (ACIPS/ICC) into our first-mile network (IXD/FC). As a key member of the EU Supply Chain Operations organization, they pursue operational excellence, placement improvement, and cost optimization. The role coordinates across multiple stakeholders including IBSC, Placement, Customer Fulfillment Operations to develop and execute plans, implement new decision-making frameworks (playbooks), and improve operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Planning & Forecasting:
    • Partner with IXD S&OP (owner of overall NVF IXD forecast) to establish and split 16-week rolling NVF forecasts by complementary nodes, at weekly and daily level.
    • Partner with IXD Supply Chain to forecast weekly transfer out of these nodes at arc level following the agreed throughput capacity and placement ideals.
    • Align forward-looking capacity plans with the nodes’ providers.
    • Partner with Long-term planning and PICS Program to ensure quarterly inbound strategy alignment.
  2. Daily execution:
    • Update daily IB assignments based on latest signals (Retail ordering, appointments).
    • Manage volume distribution across the network, coordinating with partners (IXD S&OP, IBET, ROC, etc.) on playbook levers required to adjust volume to capacity.
    • Communicate and follow through execution of playbook levers.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Track and report key metrics in regular mechanisms (weekly/monthly business review), such as NVF accuracy, Capacity deviation, IB Scheduling Success, and Mean Days Pushed, IB Defects.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Support process improvement initiatives to bring complementary nodes at parity with the core first mile network.
    • Coordinate development of playbook across SC Ops, IBSC.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, and/or Supply Chain and/or project management.
  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
  • Organized, detail-oriented self-starter and a quick learner.
  • Inner drive for continuous improvement, desire to create and build new processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with multiple stakeholders at different levels and backgrounds.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited university.
