Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client engagements with agility, ensuring quality and timeliness across all deliverables.
  • Oversee the development and execution of unbranded and disease awareness campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Manage project financials, resourcing, and performance with an eye for both quality and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with integrated teams (digital, creative, advocacy, policy, and more) to deliver comprehensive campaigns.
  • Drive new business initiatives and support proposal development efforts.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance development for account teams.
  • Ensure compliance and proper distribution of client materials through regulatory channels when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Deep experience working within the life sciences sector, ideally including pharma, biotech, or medtech.
  • Expertise in patient advocacy, unbranded campaigns, or public health communications.
  • Proven success in leading integrated campaign delivery across multiple channels (PR, digital, creative, policy).
  • Excellent ability to translate complex science into impactful messaging for varied audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills—able to mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments.
  • Confident managing financials, resourcing plans, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or driving new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
