A Senior Chef de Partie position is available at a good quality food led pub that has built an excellent reputation for offering high quality, modern British pub food. In this role of Senior Chef de Partie you will be joining a team of nine chefs preparing dishes using locally sourced fresh seasonal produce, for an average of 30-50 covers which increases greatly during the summer months due to the influx of visitors to the region. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a face paced kitchen with a focused team that is pushing for awards.

Requirements:

The Head Chef is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie who has a stable background working in busy fresh food kitchens at 2 AA rosette level, proving that you are able to work well under pressure. A passionate and enthusiastic chef who is eager to continue learning under highly skilled senior chefs would be ideal.
