A leading global Cross-Border Payments Fintech is looking for a Snr Business Analyst who'll be key in scaling their Digital Treasury product offering. The business is growing rapidly and this is an amazing opportunity to have a significant impact on their growth.

You'll work with various stakeholders across the business to develop best-in-class banking products, working with the Product Owner on the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Director and Digital Treasury Product Owner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to manage and visualize outcomes, as well as scoping and prioritizing work
  • Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to enable effective solutions and outcomes
  • Select and use appropriate tools and techniques for planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and improvement of systems and services within projects
  • Identify, investigate, analyze, and communicate complex business problems and opportunities
  • Document conceptual models to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements

Key requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech/Payments/Banking, working with Agile methodologies and end-to-end product development
  • Experience managing and implementing digital treasury solutions, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), cash management tools, and liquidity management platforms
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide towards business goals
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes

This role is a hybrid position, requiring presence in the office 3 times a week (Tues-Thurs) in Central London.
