Snr Breakfast Chef de Partie (Morning Shifts into early afternoon), London

This role is based in the heart of Piccadilly, within our flagship store. The location offers access to numerous restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping venues, and is conveniently close to Green Park Tube Station and bus stops.

Our dining space exudes glamour and provides a contemporary London experience, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a menu inspired by seasonal ingredients that combines modern dishes with familiar favorites in a fine dining setting.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at 45 Jermyn St. This position offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in a fine dining environment and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Senior Team to ensure high standards of food quality within your section.
  2. Coach and develop CDPs and Commis Chefs, leading by example to enhance their skills.
  3. Regularly check the section for standards, completing audits and temperature checks.
  4. Assist the Senior Chefs in producing monthly kitchen reports.
  5. Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless front and back of house collaboration.
  6. Communicate effectively to keep team members informed about the menu.
  7. Plan, organize, and manage time efficiently to execute operational tasks across your section.
  8. Adhere to company policies, controls, and standards, including cleanliness, due diligence, and HSE regulations.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and report needs to the Senior Chefs.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and teach others.
  • Passion for food and culinary excellence.
  • Proven longevity with previous employers.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety standards.
