The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to lead technical projects, manage complex client relationships, and deliver innovative data solutions. You will operate at the intersection of Data Analytics, Software Development, and Data Engineering, shaping our approach to data-driven decision-making.

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own designing scalable data pipelines, lead technical execution, mentor junior team members, collaborate with clients to understand their needs, and drive innovation in analytics engineering practices.

What You’ll Own
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of robust data pipelines using tools like dbt and Airflow.
  • Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Data Excellence: Transform raw data into actionable datasets for predictive analytics and SaaS products.
  • Innovation: Explore new data methods, ensuring high-quality outputs through automation and testing frameworks.
  • Mentorship: Coach junior team members and promote best practices in engineering and analytics.
What You Bring
  • Extensive experience in analytics or model/data engineering roles.
  • Advanced Python skills (Numpy/Pandas) and SQL expertise.
  • Proven leadership in technical workstreams and mentoring engineers.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and translating insights into business value.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) and ETL/ELT tools like Airflow and dbt.
