Pilgrims Europe in Ruskington (Lincolnshire) is seeking a Machine Operative/Machine Minder to join our team. You will set up and operate the assigned machinery, ensuring targets are met and products are produced and packaged to high standards.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering a 45-hour week with a rotating pattern and overtime at premium rates, plus a good holiday scheme and staff benefits.

• Experience as Machine Operative or in a similar role.
• Good communication skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and smooth operation of assigned machinery or equipment during your shift.
