Job description

SMT Operator (Surface Mount Technology)

• GBP15.60 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday and Friday day shift
• Monday to Friday 40 hours a week

Our client based in Burnley has a reputation for innovation and they are a highly successful global player in their chosen industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit Electrical Assemblers/Assemblers to join their busy team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Solder paste printing,
• Ensuring correct setup and efficient running of the Europlacer iineo placement machines, in accordance with all procedures
• Running the line to the production plan, under own initiative and responsibility, sometimes without supervision.
• Ensuring cleanliness of working area
• Optimising rapid and frequent changeovers
• Kitting of feeders/new job setup
• Some Automate Optical Inspection (AOI) operation

About you

• Experience in SMT is required / Senior Electrical Assembly
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office High attention to detail and accuracy
• High concentration levels
• Excellent level of dexterity
• Flexible and proactive approach
