Are you an experienced SMT Operator looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our client's dynamic team as an SMT Operator. Position: SMT Operator

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Working Hours: Full Time (Day shift only)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Surface Mount machines, ensuring smooth production flow
• Hand place components and conduct pasting tasks accurately
• Load feeders with components and provide technical support as needed
• Collaborate with the production manager to update and maintain production records
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as an SMT Operator within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and related machinery
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
