SMSTS / SSSTS Mechanical (M&E) Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SMSTS / SSSTS Mechanical (M&E) Project Manager to join a project in Hemel Hempstead that lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 years.

  1. Read, interpret, and relay complex electrical plans and drawings.
  2. Coordinate the entire project to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Set out project works in accordance with contractual agreements.
  4. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  5. Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to address and resolve issues related to electrical plans.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
  7. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project accuracy and timely completion.
Must Have:
  • CSCS card
  • SMSTS / SSSTS certification
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

The pay rate is £500 per day, paid via CIS, on a weekly basis.
