As the Construction Site Manager, you will assist in maintaining a safe working environment within company workplaces and ensure compliance with the company’s Health & Safety policies and all H&S aspects on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise, guide, and instruct subcontractors on site.
• Communicate with professional design teams and clients as necessary.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Coordinate with Directors weekly to ensure programme and targets are met.
• Assist in identifying instructed variations on site.
• Oversee all aspects of the onsite construction process.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Site management experience with a main contractor.
• Proven experience managing sites for residential and mixed-use projects.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
• Experience with structural works, groundworks, and high-end finishes.
• Financial and commercial awareness regarding costing and sustainability.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships.
• Strong team and people management skills.
• Motivated and able to engage with all levels of staff, colleagues, and third parties.
• Excellent communication skills.
