SME Commercial Insurance Executive’s – West Yorkshire

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly impressive independent commercial insurance brokerage, with numerous branches throughout the North or England. They have been growing rapidly over the last few years and continue to do so; in the process, opening up lots of exciting new job opportunities.

They have a very successful commercial SME division, which currently has roles available in West Yorkshire and in the North East. In this fantastic team, you will be working on a mixture of new business enquiries (all incoming), as well as assisting clients by marketing and negotiating their renewals.

You will be working with a really interesting mix of commercial clients; could be anything including property, EL/PL. package policies, commercial combined, shops, offices, manufacturers, Professional Indemnity insurance for advice professions + many more.

Ideal applicants will have commercial insurance experience in either broking, underwriting, sales or perhaps claims. Previous use of Acturis system would also be beneficial.

These opportunities come with an excellent basic salary (from circa £26k to £30k +), excellent and comprehensive benefits which includes generous pension contributions and holiday allowance + a fantastic bonus scheme.

Ordinarily, members of this team tend to achieve bonus payments of between £4k and £10k per annum (which is paid monthly) and regular pay reviews. CII studies will be fully supported and there is genuine long term career progression within the group.

Although primarily office based, there is flexibility and the option to work 2 days from home and 3 days from the office. There is plenty of free parking available.
