An independent and well-established insurance brokerage is opening a new office in Milton Keynes and is looking to hire multiple SME Commercial Account Handlers for their team.

The role focuses on new business development, where you will be part of a team handling inbound inquiries from small business clients.

We are seeking candidates with experience in small business insurance, dealing with clients such as hotels, restaurants, and small to medium-sized offices. Due to the relatively small premiums involved, this is a fast-paced, primarily telephone-based role, which involves negotiating the best rates with insurers for clients.

The ideal candidate will prioritize customer service, possess excellent client management skills, and have the ability to cross-sell products and promote other areas of the business.
