Job summary

Proactive Technical Limited is seeking a Rework Technician for a permanent position based in Windsor (SL4). The role focuses on surface mount rework, modifications, hand builds and other repairs within a manufacturing/production environment.

Applicants should have competent soldering skills (down to 0201), experience in SMT rework, and the ability to read drawings and BoMs. Excellent attention to detail and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Competent soldering skills down to 0201.
• Experience in surface mount rework.
• Ability to read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials.

Responsibilities

• Rework and repair components and assemblies as required.
• Modify and hand-build items as needed within manufacturing/production.
• Ensure quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
