Join us as an Account Manager in the SMB segment and play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our customers. You will engage with C-level executives, Line of Business leaders, IT leaders, architects, and developers to help them leverage AWS cloud technology for innovation and improved business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will solve complex business challenges and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Key job responsibilities
Drive customer digital transformation through effective engagement with key stakeholders

Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, Line of Business leaders, IT leaders, architects, and developers

Support SMB customers within a defined territory, with single-threaded ownership

Drive adoption of new AWS services, always working backwards from the customer problem

Collaborate with the AWS partner community to ensure strong partner alignment in support of customers

A day in the life
In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, working closely with stakeholders across the customer organization. You will collaborate with the AWS partner community and internal teams to ensure strong alignment and support for your customers. Your day will be filled with strategic account development, pipeline creation, and managing existing customer relationships.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of high tech business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals
- Professional, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with cloud services and technologies
- Experience in high technology or B2B space
- Experience selling cloud solutions
