Overview

PMO Specialist - Smartsheet Developer with Culture Centre Expertise. This role requires a highly skilled PMO professional with deep expertise in Smartsheet development, process automation, and project portfolio management. Sweat-detailed capabilities include designing, building, and maintaining advanced Smartsheet solutions tailored to project tracking, reporting, and resource management. The resource brings a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to driving project governance, transparency, and efficiency across diverse organisational initiatives.

With extensive experience working in or alongside Culture Centres, this individual understands the nuances of managing projects within mission-driven, community-focused, or non-profit environments. They are familiar with the operational models, stakeholder engagement practices, and programmatic goals common in Culture Centres and use that knowledge to align project tools and workflows to organisational culture and values.

Responsibilities / Capabilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions for project tracking, reporting, and resource management.
  • Develop and automate processes using Smartsheet to improve governance, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Lead PMO practices, including setting up frameworks, consistent reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, program managers, and community stakeholders to translate Smartsheet capabilities into user-friendly solutions for non-technical audiences.
  • Manage and track complex programs across multiple departments or teams, aligning with Culture Centre objectives.
