Job summary

Auto Skills UK is seeking a talented SMART Repairer to join its leading team in Salisbury. You will repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications using modern equipment and techniques.

As a Smart Repairer you will carry out warranty, transit damage and used car repairs, ensuring repairs meet the highest quality standards and that you work effectively as part of a busy body shop team.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship and technical qualification (NVQ/VCQ/SVQ/ATA) desirable.
• Experience as a SMART Repairer in a busy body shop.
• Strong team player with up-to-date vehicle repair knowledge.
• Ability to produce high-quality Smart Repair from start to finish.
• ATA qualification desirable but not essential for this role.

Skills and Qualifications of a Smart Repairer

• Ideally you will have served a recognised apprenticeship and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).


• You must have previous experience working as a SMART Repairer within a busy body shop and be a strong team player.


• You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.


• The Ideal applicant will be able to produce a high quality of Smart Repair from start to finish.


• ATA qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.
