A leading automotive service company in Kempston is seeking a SMART Repairer to join their team. You will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles according to the Manufacturer's specifications. The role offers a basic salary of £33,500 plus performance-related bonuses. Full training and all necessary tools are provided. Previous experience in a busy bodyshop is required. Flexible working hours available.

Overview

SMART Repairer required for our Client's Prestige Dealership located in Bedford.

Benefits
  • Basic salary of £33,500 + performance-related bonuses (circa £6,000).
  • OTE circa £39,500 with working hours Monday to Friday - 7:30am till 4:00pm. Flexibility on hours available.
  • Flexible working hours - early starts or extended shifts available.
  • Optional Saturday overtime, paid at an enhanced rate.
  • Full training provided for alloy and diamond-cut refurbishments.
  • All tools and equipment supplied on-site.
Duties
  • Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer's specifications.
  • Carrying out Smart Repairs.
  • Following safety procedures.
  • Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair.
  • Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.
Requirements
  • You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity.
  • Confident at completing alloy wheel repairs.
  • You will have previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop.
  • The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
  • ATA qualification is desirable.
