  • Salary: OTE 33k
  • Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
About the Role

Seeking a Smart Repair Technician from an automotive Body Shop or Smart environment, via an independent or franchised garage. The technician will prepare damaged panels, mask vehicles for painting, carry out minor repairs to body panels and alloy wheels, and polish vehicles after painting, among other duties.

You will be an integral part of our team, working on all types of makes of vehicles in a modern, clean workshop. The role involves carrying out smart repairs to cars and LCV vehicles within the Bodyshop.

Responsibilities
  • Repair and refurbish vehicle damages such as scratches, scuffs, dents, windscreen chips, upholstery repairs, leather reconditioning, recolouring, and wheel refurbishments.
  • Clean and prepare vehicles for repairs.
  • Perform cosmetic paint touch-ups and local paintwork repairs.
  • Maintain equipment regularly and report issues to the Bodyshop Manager.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Smart Repairer in a bodyshop or similar environment is required.
  • Body shop or equivalent experience; qualifications are advantageous.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a busy bodyshop environment.
