£38,000 basic salary + bonus OTE £41,000

Employment Type: Full Time and Permanent

Work Schedule: NO WEEKENDS!

• Carrying out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all vehicle makes.
• Using paint mixing schemes and drying equipment accurately for all repairs.
• Interpreting and implementing technical instruction data.
• Polishing newly painted panels to match factory finish.
• Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Completing all documentation accurately and following company procedures.
• Managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
