You will handle panel repairs, painting and finishing, colour matching and defect-free workmanship, working set hours with a 40-hour week. Salary is £33,000–£36,000 plus a £6,000 bonus and potential earnings up to £42,000.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy automotive team in Worcester. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality SMART repairs, paintwork and minor body repairs, ensuring every vehicle meets a high standard of finish.

As a SMART Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include:
